  • 1 ounce pepperoni (thinly sliced)
  • 2 paper towels

  • Arrange pepperoni on a microwave-safe plate, on top of a paper towel.
  • Cover with another towel.
  • Microwave for about 40 seconds.
  • Rearrange and turn over the crisps to ensure even crisping.
  • Continue cooking for 15-20 second intervals, until desired crispness is reached.
  • Enjoy as-is or with dips, in place of crackers.
