This is from a local Cafe in Kentucky named Cafe Iris.
- 6 bunches baby spinach leaves
- 1 bunch green onion, sliced thin
- 2 cups toasted pecans
- 3 ripe pears, cored and sliced thin
- fresh ground pepper
- Remove stems from clean spinach and arrange in bowl. Add the green onions, toasted pecans, and pears. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Drizzle with your favorite dressing and toss lightly.
- This is perfect with a strawberry vinaigrette.
