Peanut Butter Fudge

"I love fudge. This is a recipe I'm going to try. What I like about this recipe is that you don't need a candy thermometer. I don't have much luck making fudge."

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan; remove from heat and add milk and vanilla.
  • Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt together; gradually add to milk mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in peanut butter.
  • Press mixture into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  • Chill and cut into pieces.
