- 1 banana
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 ice cubes
- 1⁄2 cup milk
directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, serve cold.
- You can use frozen yogurt if you'd like, omit the ice cubes.

I made 1/2 of the recipe this morning for my 7 year old's breakfast, because breakfast foods aren't his thing. I used low fat vanilla yogurt and soymilk for the milk, because that's what we had. It turned out to be amazing and he thanked me for the yummy "dessert". YAY! Thanks so much for my son's yummy "dessert".
