I haven't tried this yet, just something I came up with.
- 2 rice cakes
- 59.14 ml reduced-calorie peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- Slice banana.
- Spread peanut butter on rice cakes.
- Place sliced banana on top of peanut butter.
I eat this all the time for breakfast or just a snack. I spread natural peanut butter, than cut up some banana and layer them on the outside of the circle and then put some strawberry jelly in the middle. I use caramel or apple cinnamon rice cakes. Much better than on plain. Also, just peanut butter with honey on top is good too.
We eat this all the time at our house! I usually put jelly on mine too. My daughter and I love rice cakes, a little bit of mayonnaise and cheese. Warm in the microwave for 20 seconds and then I always add a dill pickle on top! You won't believe how fabulous it is!!
