Yummy and healthy - a meal in a glass.
- 1 medium banana
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons oat flour (or fine oatmeal)
- 1 dash vanilla
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes.
YUMMY!!! I was a little skeptical @ first (i mean come on, Oatmeal in a smoothie??) but this actually turned out to be an easy, delicious breakfast smoothie to start my day!!
Definitely a keeper! I used vanilla soymilk and a frozen banana, to make it decadently thick and frosty. Thanks! (Made for PAC spring '08.)
