- 2 peaches, skinned, halved and stoned
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons brandy
directions
- fill the half peaches with butter and brown sugar, place in an oven proof dish, cover and cook in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
- just before serving heat the brandy in a saucepan and pour over the peaches.
- light with a match, and present to your guests whilst still alight.
