  1. Really excellant peach dessert Inez!! It was worth waiting for, we enjoyed it much more tonight than we would have last night!! And it did look sooo elegant and the taste was outstanding, love the sour cream effect on the peaches and brown sugar; the almonds are a nice nutty finish!!This will be in my hard copy, looking for a dinner party to show off!! Thanks for sharing.

  2. I used coconut rum for this dessert and although I enjoyed it, I wasn't fussy on the sour cream being baked. Next time, I'll top the peaches with sour cream just before serving. Thanx MizzNezz!

  3. So simple to prepare and they do look quite elegant. Mine needed to bake longer than 30 minutes as they were still a bit on the hard side. Thanks for a great dessert.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
