Peach Honey Chamomile Popsicles

  • 4 yellow peaches, ripe
  • 2 white peaches, ripe
  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 14 cup honey
  • 12 small lemon, juice of
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

directions

  • 1. Clean, halve, and pit 2/3 of peaches.
  • 2. Puree them with skins until nearly smooth.
  • 3. Stir in honey, lemon juice, salt, 2 tbs tea leaves into pureed peaches.
  • 4. Coarsely chop remaining peaches and combine in pureed mixture.
  • 5. Add more honey, if desired. Make pops a tad sweeter than usual-they loose some sweetness after freezing.
  • 6. Pour into popsicle molds or 3oz. Dixie cups with a wooden stick.
  • 7. Freeze and enjoy.
