Energizing and healthy -- great after school snack for the kids.
- 2 (8 ounce) containers non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen) or 1 cup nectarine (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
- 1 cup crushed ice
- In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover, blend 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
- Frozen whole strawberries, slightly thawed, can be substituted.
Great flavor and a thicker style smoothie. The peaches didnt look to good so I used nectarines and did need to add a bit of sugar to cut down on the tartness.
