"My aunt used to make these yummy little appetizers. They were always a big hit at any party."

ingredients

• 1 lb hot pork sausage
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• miniature party rye rounds, slices

directions

1. Brown and drain pork sausage.
2. Add cheese, ketchup and oregano and heat until cheese is melted.
3. Spoon onto rye bread.
4. Bake 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
