Parmesan Chicken

"This is a favorite from a lady my grandma knows-- I have made it several times and it is stinking good. Beware, though, this is not a low fat dish! I like this best with fresh Parmesan, but the Kraft sprinkles will do just fine."

  • Set up a couple shallow dishes. Pour melted butter into one, and the other ingredients (except chicken) into the other. Dip each breast of chicken into the butter first, then the crumb mixture, then place in a 9x13 pan. When finished, pour remaining butter over the chicken and back at 350 degrees for one hour (or until cooked). No need to turn the chicken, just baste with pan drippings.
  • Throw out the remainder of breadcrumb mixture, if there is any.

I love to cook-- all sorts of things. I like to try new dishes and experiment with recipes. I also like to get together with a few family members and put meals together to cook at a later time, like Dream Dinners.
