- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, chilled
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 -3 tablespoons sour cream
- Drain oranges, reserving 1 tablespoon syrup.
- Combine reserved syrup and marmalade; heat till marmalade melts.
- Place oranges in 2 dessert dishes; spoon marmalade over.
- Top each with a dollop of sour cream.
