This is a great dessert. Make a non-alcoholic version by using orange sherbet and gingerale instead of vanilla ice cream and Galliano.

Directions

  1. Take the oranges and cut in stars, by cutting around the orange in a zig-zag pattern.
  2. Make sure you cut to center of orange.
  3. Pull orange apart, and scoop out juice and pulp.
  4. Mix the ice cream and the Galliano, and scoop into oranges.
  5. Put orange halves in freezer until ice cream solidifies again.
  6. Serve.
