I made this last week end, served it with pumpkin waffles! I can also see this on ice cream!!
- In a small saucepan mix all ingredients.
- Cook on low heat until thickened and bubbly, approx 2 - 3 minutes.
Very good! I am diabetic, so always looking for something to put on pancakes or waffles besides maple or pancake syrup. I served this with French toast made with coconut milk instead of regular milk, so it complimented the tropical flavor. Thanks for posting!
