Orange Glazed Broccoli With Red Pepper

A quick stir fry to go with roast chicken or beef. Quick and easy to do as well.

  1. Mix orange juice and cornstarch and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet (or wok) over high heat.
  3. Add shallots and cook 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli and red pepper.
  5. Stir fry for two minutes.
  6. Add orange juice mixture.
  7. Cover and cook 1 to 2 minutes until tender crisp.
  8. Sprinkle with orange zest and S& P.
  9. Serve.
