Orange Crush
"I picked this up from a restaurant I used to work at: Waterman's. Don't think they developed it, but I LOVE IT anyway!"

ingredients
- 2 ounces orange rum (I prefer Bacardi O)
- 4 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces Sprite
directions
- Mix 1st 2 ingredients in a shaker cup.
- Pour into a double old fashioned glass.
- Top with Sprite.

Very simple drink to turn into a non-alcoholic beverage. Per your suggestion I used a 1/2 tsp of rum extract and then a squeeze of orange juice and then used a bit of orange zest to top it off! Nice flavors and very refreshing Alli! Made for your win in Summer Spectacular in the Cooking Tag Games forum! :)

My parents owned a grocery store when I was growing up, so there's my love of FOOD! My friends all love to drink, so there's my profession! I stopped bartending 5 years ago, when my son was born, but still 'do' private parties. DH and I did a 'Supper Club' for a while, but life kept getting in the way!
I am a SAHM, to a rambunctious 5 y.o....I LOVE cooking and collect cookbooks and anything kitchen related! I'm kinda picky, but will just drop an ingredient or make a sub, so I can still try a recipe.
I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment here, and hope to participate in some events soon!
