Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey.
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 of a frozen banana
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup chopped ice
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass.
- Garnish with slice of orange if desired.
This was very good. My kids liked it as well. Doesn't get any easier than this.. Thanks for the recipe Bekah.
