This recipe is from my chiropractor. It is a healthy, cholesteral lowering recipe!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Combine the two.
  4. Mix just enough to get the dry ingredients wet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees. 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
