- 1⁄3 cup flax seed, raw
- 1⁄3 cup almonds, raw
- 1⁄3 cup sunflower seeds, raw
directions
- Grind up the flax, almonds, and sunflower seeds one at a time on high speed in any blender or food processor you have for about 2 minutes each or until it becomes powdery. Do not do more than 1/3 of a cup at a time or you'll have chunks.
- Mix the powders together in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 1 week.
