  • Heat olive oil in a small frying pan.
  • Add mushrooms sliced into fourths.
  • Fry over medium heat until mushrooms darken.
  • Add finely chopped/pressed garlic, basil and salt. Fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Bread crumbs, stir until bread crumbs cover mushrooms.
  • Add Parmesan cheese over top, mix together until melted and immediately remove from heat.
  • ENJOY!
