  • Beat eggs add salt and four mixing into a dough add water until it becomes workable but not runny.
  • I have a special nokedli maker from Hungry but my mom would put the dough on a flat plat and using a knife just cut pieces or dollops into boiling salted water. Once the dumplings have come to the top allow them to cook another minute or so and remove with a slotted spoon.
  • Add butter or olive oil and serve.

I live in Cancun, ben here over 30 years. I will cook pretty much anything at least once. Hate the heat here! Don't believe anyone that says you get used to it!
