A coleslaw recipe similar to what you would get at the famed Primanti Brothers in Pittsburgh but with no sugar or oils.
- 1000 g shredded cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 tablespoons Splenda granular
- 1 gallon ziploc bag
- Combined the Splenda and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and whisk until combined. Place cabbage in the ziplock bag and then pour the dressing in to the bag and add pepper to taste. Massage the bag to spread the dressing and place in the fridge for at least an hour. The longer it sits the better it gets.
