  1. Place two cups of milk in mixer bowl. Add pudding mix and mix till thickened. Add sugar and whipping cream, and mix for three minutes. Add remaining milk and vanilla.
  2. Chill thoroughly before serving and then dust with nutmeg.

Yum! This tastes just like the boiled custard that my Mom used to make at Christmas without all the fuss. I dashed in some brandy extract & served freshly grated nutmeg on the side. Thanks for posting this!
