- 236.59 ml ricotta cheese, at room temperature
- 44.37 ml milk
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 29.58 ml unsalted butter
- 59.14 ml fresh parsley (minced)
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 226.79 g fettuccine
directions
- Cook fettuccine per package directions.
- Put ricotta, milk, parmesan, and seasoning in blender and blend until creamy.
- When pasta is done, drain and add butter to it.
- Add ricotta mixture to the hot, buttered pasta and toss with fresh parsley.
- Serve with additional grated parmesan.
