No Bake Mock Cheese Cake (Egg-Free)

This recipe has been past down generations to me. It's so easy to make yet comes out perfect every time. Your guests will think you spent hours preparing it! Time does not include refrigeration. As a variation you may top with fresh strawberries or kiwi fruit (when available), or if you are chocolate addict like myself, crumbled/shaved chocolate works wonders as a topping as well.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces cookie crumbs
  • 150 g butter
  • 8 ounces condensed milk
  • 8 ounces Nestle cream
  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup coffee creamer


  1. Melt butter and add to cookie crumbs to form a base, press into Pyrex bowl ans set in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine condensed milk and dessert cream, mix until smooth, add coffee creamer (mixture should start to thicken now).
  3. Add lemon juice and mix.
  4. Pour mixture onto cookie base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best). You may decorate with fruit or chocolate as mentioned above.
