Super healthy and a good way to sneak more pulses into kids diets! Serve as a dip or a spread
- 410 g butter beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 125 g boursin spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs or 125 g philadelphia cream cheese with garlic and herbs
- Blend the beans, oil and lemon juice to make a paste - season if desired.
- Add the cheese and blend well.
- Put in an airtight container. Will keep for upto 3 days.
