      This is a fantastic side dish! I made it to go with "Japanese Mum's Chicken" The nectarines caramelize nicely. Definitely a keeper!

      We're not quite to that point yet where fresh, good quality snow peas are available, so I used frozen ones. Nectarines are showing up at the market now, so I bought some today and made this. I made sure to slice the nectarines thinly. Delightful combination! Thanks for sharing! cg
