This is a recipe I said I would post for my Nana. She swears by it as a cure all to keep you "regular" so if your having problems in that area try this!!
- 1⁄2 cup bran flakes (Heaping)
- 1 tablespoon bran buds
- 3⁄4 medium banana (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon raisins (Heaping)
- 6 whole almonds
- Mix everything in a bowl and cover with milk! Enjoy! She also alternates the raisins with a heaping TBS of dried prunes and apricots (together) every other day.
