This was only the second second recipe that I created, so it's not perfect. Some people might find it just a tiny bit bland, so feel free to add more yogurt or jelly, whichever you prefer. Serve it fast because the ice and the actual smoothie separate in about 3 minutes.
- 1 cup sugar-free blueberry jelly
- 2 1⁄2 cups mango passion fruit yogurt
- 4 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 10 ice cubes
- 5 almonds
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high.
- Pour and serve!
