ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice (or 5-Alive any flavour)
- 4 strawberries, cut up
- 1 banana (I peel, chop into 3 or 4 chunks & freeze)
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3 -4 ice cubes (optional)
directions
- Combine everything in a blender, give it a whirl until the fruit and ice cubes have been pureed, pour into a glass and enjoy.

I grew up in Toronto with my Mom, she loved to cook so I guess I come by my love of cooking naturally! Being a single Mom she had to work alot so I started helping in the kitchen at a young age.
Now I am married to an Amazing Man and Mom of FOUR and spend more time in the kitchen then I care to admit....although I am not complaining, I actually love it!
