- 3⁄4 cup mushroom, very finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Combine mushrooms with remaining ingredients.
- Chill at least 15 minutes to blend flavors.
