  • Dip chicken in melted butter and dredge in flour.
  • Lay in 9x13" baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings (we like garlic powder).
  • In a separate bowl, mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 C nonfat milk and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  • Pour mixture over chicken, making sure to completely cover each piece. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
