- 4 chicken breast halves (uncooked) or 8 chicken tenders (uncooked)
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
directions
- Dip chicken in melted butter and dredge in flour.
- Lay in 9x13" baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings (we like garlic powder).
- In a separate bowl, mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 C nonfat milk and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Pour mixture over chicken, making sure to completely cover each piece. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
