  1. In a saucepan, mix cider, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon with brown sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Remove spices and serve hot, or allow mulled cider to chill and serve cold.

I made 1 serving only for me. 1/4 quart of apple cider was 1 cup. So I heated everything in a measuring cup in the microwave. I used 1 clove and 1 cinnamon stick. But less brown sugar. I used only 1/2 tbs of brown sugar. The taste was so good. Very comforting and perfect for a cold night. Thanks FloridaNative :) Made for I recommend tag game

Boomette November 16, 2012 good on a cool rainy day. This was really simple, smelled great, and tasted yummy. I halved the recipe for 2 of us and it worked well.
