Did you know that while you enjoy this bath, these essential oils will be acting upon the limbic part of your brain controlling your emotions;)! ENJOY:)
- 3 drops of rosemary essential oils
- 3 drops of grapefruit essential oils
- 3 drops of juniper essential oils
- 45 ml of a base oil (jojoba or apricot or kernel or peach or wheatgerm are best to use)
- Mix the first three oils together.
- Dilute this oil mix in a base oil.
- Draw a warm bath with scented candles all around it.
- Dip in!
