This is my mother's recipe and one of my favorite's.
- 1 (16 ounce) box macaroni, cooked as directed on package
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 (5 ounce) can solid white tuna, drained and shredded
- 1⁄3 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise, adjust to your taste
- Mix all ingredients well and chill before serving.
