The only way I will have molasses! I use a little less - 200ml soy and 1 tbsp molasses. SSSSOO much better than molasses plain. Very yummy, and a good source of iron too!
Sorry, but this was just too sweet for me, and I tried it both hot and cold. I used original soymilk, but even with unsweetened I don't think I could take it. So I added 1 Tbs. of cocoa powder to tone the sugar down, and now it's a drinkable but a little odd tasting hot chocolate (with lots of iron!) Oh, I used blackstrap molasses, so maybe regular molasses would taste different.
