This is based on No-Crust Lighter Pumpkin Pie; however, I didn't use the topping. It really didn't need it.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350; convection oven to 325°F Spray pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Mix everything until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 50-55 minutes or until butter knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Cool at least 30 minutes. Chill leftovers.
