I used this on the recipe for Mocha Mousse Torte
- 236.59 ml whipping cream
- 340.19 g package semisweet chocolate morsels
- 14.79 ml instant coffee granules
- Microwave whipping cream in a glass bowl at HIGH 1 minute and 30 seconds or until hot, stirring once. Add chocolate morsels and coffee granules; stir until smooth. Chill 30 minutes or until spreading consistency.
So very simple to make and oh so yummy! Worked perfectly on my mocha cheesecake. Thanks for sharing :-)
