Mocha Drink Mix
"This recipe is wonderful for a cold day! So easy too! You can either make a batch for yourself to keep on hand or package it up with instructions and give as gifts! This is my Mom's favourite drink, very comforting. Please note that the yield is approximate."

ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup instant coffee
- 3⁄4 cup Coffee-mate (can use light)
- 1 1⁄4 cups nestle's powdered chocolate milk mix
directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and whirl away!
- For the drink, add 2 heaping tbsp to a mug of hot milk, stir and enjoy!

wow i love this drink it sort of like a homemade cloud -
This is a tasty drink for those cold winter days ahead. I am rating this with 5 stars for how well the flavors go together. However, for me personally, I like my coffee and chocolate drinks a bit sweeter. I did like it without sweetening it with sugar, but it was tastier to me with 2 teaspoons of sugar added to my cup. This was a personal preference for me, so I did not take any of the rating down. My 11 1/2 yo DD had a cup of it with me and also enjoyed it very much. My 18 month DS liked it too, and I had to fight him off for a drink! LOL Will make again. Thanks for posting. Reviewed this for Fall 07 Photo Tag.
