- 12 green seedless grapes
- 2 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and cubed
- 12 strawberries, hulled
- 1⁄2 lb provolone cheese, sliced
- 1⁄2 lb romano cheese, cubed
- Slice the fruits Slice the cheeses.
- use wooden skewers.
- Alternate pieces of fruit and cheese on skewers.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
