Missouri Cucumbers

"Simple and quick appetizer to make out of cucumbers."

ingredients

• 4 cups cucumbers, sliced
• 1 cup rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon seasoning salt

directions

1. Peel Cucumber.
2. Slice in to 1/4 inch circles.
3. Lay the slices evenly around a dinner plate.
4. Pour rice vineager over the cumcumbers.
5. Sprinkle seasoning salt over the cucumbers.
6. Serve.
