- 236.59 ml fine bulgur, washed
- 473.18 ml chopped fresh parsley
- 236.59 ml chopped scallion
- 6 small tomatoes, chopped
- 118.29 ml chopped of fresh mint
- 118.29 ml lemon juice
- 78.78 ml olive oil
- 2.46-4.92 ml allspice
- 0.25 ml salt, to taste
- 2.46 ml pepper
- lemon slice, for garnish
directions
- Soak bulgur in cold water for 3 hours.
- Drain bulgur; mix with remaining ingredients, except for lemon slices.
- Place salad in a serving bowl and garnish with lemon slices and serve.
