"This is my own recipe for chili powder. Its not a copycat of anything i have used or tried. Just the results from the R&D of my own tastebuds."

• Yields: 0.5 cup

ingredients

• 1.23 ml cayenne powder
• 9.85 ml ground cumin
• 4.92 ml Mexican oregano (not italian oregano)
• 9.85 ml garlic
• 4.92 ml paprika
• 4.92 ml onion powder
• 4.92 ml instant minced onion
• 7.39 ml masa harina cornflour

directions

1. Mix together,store in cool and dry place.
