- 12 ounces butterscotch chips or 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 3 ounces chow mein noodles
- 6 1⁄2 ounces peanuts
- Microwave chips for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add noodles and nuts.
- Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
I'd made this in the US when I was there. Something very different and quite good.
