  • Heat the beans and cottage cheese together on stove to the desired temperature.
  • pour in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper and the crushed red pepper or cayenne if you like it spicy.

  1. I might try this cold. I followed the recipe and the cheese ended up strangely clumpy and the rest was watery. I strained it and mixed it with brown rice and salsa and a bit of cheddar cheese and it was OK, nothing special.
     
  2. I made this but I didnt heat it up. I actually chilled it before eating it and found it to be quite yummy.
