A twist on the classic from a cocktail book called "Chilled. Cool Cocktails"
- 1 cup ice (crushed)
- 30 ml melon liqueur (such as Midori)
- 30 ml tequila
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- lemon twist
- combine the ice, melon liqueur, tequila, lemon juice & sugar syrup in a blender.
- Blend until the mix looks like shaved ice.
- Pour into a salt-rimmed cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lemon twist.
