For the Midori lovers! From the Midori website.
- 1 fluid ounce Midori melon liqueur
- 473.19 ml lime sherbet
- whipped cream
- Place Midori and sherbet in blender.
- Whirl until smooth.
- Pour into parfait glasses and freeze until firm.
- At serving time, top with whipped cream and cherry or papaya slice.
Very yummy and very easy to make. I used Midori and Key Lime iqueur. The addition of Key Lime Liqueur added another depth of flavor.
This was so refreshing !!! I wasn't able to find Lime sherbet so used Lemon instead.
Something that makes my hot flashes more tolerable.
