A classic sauce for your favorite recipe.
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- Mix the 1 tablespoons cornstarch and 1 Celsius milk till smooth.
- Add butter, salt & pepper.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
- Use for creamed vegetables, meats, poultry, fish or casseroles.
