I developed this mix when I began draining tuna only to realize that I had no mayonnaise. I encourage others to improvise with my recipe.
- 2 (12 ounce) cans tuna
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 green onions
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
